Is it really unlimited?

There is no limit to the amount of tasks you can add to your queue. Important to keep in mind that each task is worked one at a time.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No. You can subscribe for just one month.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes, working with One Digital Design is risk-free. If you’re not happy within the first week, you get a partial refund of 75% and if you decide to leave in the second week you will get 50% back, no questions asked. No refunds are issued after that.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

It’s simple! Just go to the Stripe Customer Portal to pause or cancel your subscription. You can restart anytime and pick up right where you left off.

What happens if I’m not happy with the design?

I take your feedback very highly. If you are not happy I will rework the design until you are 100% satisfied.

What if I only have one design task?

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

What happens after I start my subscription?

You will get an invitation to your workspace. From there you are all set to start adding unlimited tasks.

What will I receive in 48 hours?

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. This includes a brand concept, landing page, collection of social templates, etc. If a request is much larger in size, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is complete.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Absolutely. One Digital Design does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.)

Do you work with contracts?

No contracts to sign, only a monthly subscription. If you need an NDA, no problem at all, we can sign one.

How much can you deliver per month?

This varies depending on the project, but some examples of what we have completed in one month would be- a full website design, a web app, a new brand identity and the onboarding flow for a native app. This all depends on the scope of the work, how much research we need to do, and how much strategy work there is. What we can always say however, is that we will always deliver against any agreed deadlines as long as they are reasonable!
